USCC ensures that each project is under the direct supervision of an experienced team leader, who is generally a partner or senior manager. The team leader maintains strict control of scheduling, budget constraints, subcontractors, resource allocations and minimization of change order requests, while immediately communicating with the team as information is presented.

USCC state-of-the-art technology and resources to meet project scope and timeline.  All field personnel at USCC are working foremen who lead their build team with a hands-on approach.

USCC creates and utilizes CAD-generated layouts at the beginning of each construction project.  Actual sized templates, denoting all walls, electrical/data outlets, light fixtures, retail fixtures and associated floor power, is easily accessed and referenced throughout the project to ensure consistency, accuracy and efficiency.

Our proficient use of various technology tools enables communication between staff, project managers, working foreman and vendors to proactively address activities and project tasks, as well as immediately resolve impending challenges with the architects and engineers.  By completing this process on the front end, it allows for a faster turnover to the subcontractors and ultimately resolves challenges later in the construction process.

Staffing is based on the project requirements and type of work to be completed.  Along with our working foremen, we utilize time-tested construction techniques, as well as company-specific systems developed from our experience and history in the trade.  Our working foremen are cross-trained to complete various construction types; we are able to use all personnel on any type of project.

iPhones and/or tablets, with digital camera, to maintain constant communication with the office

Shared files through the USCC-implemented File sharing services, which includes drawings, photos, notes and other technical documents

Access to proprietary electronic build-out guides and other references to ensure standardization and quality of service

Continuous training and 24/7 support utilizing the technology

These mobile communication devices, in concert with our fully-integrated project database software and file sharing technology, have enabled mobile dispatch and reporting of field staff and USCC subcontractors, as needed. Response times are decreased and costs are reduced.

A dedicated email userid is made available to our customers, which allows all important communication to be routed to all key USCC staff.  Our check-and-balance system proactively reduces any potential misplacement of requests and/or non-response to submissions.
